These bars with almonds and almond butter are high in protein but also big in taste. With the addition of the chocolate chips, they are sure to even satisfy your sweet tooth.
These bars are no bake and gluten free and whipped up in seconds. The hard part is giving them time to chill before digging in. Check out how easy they are to make!
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2-3 TB water
- Place the first four ingredients into a food processor and blend.
- Add the water, a tablespoon at a time, until the mixture comes together into a ball.
- Press the mixture into a loaf pan.
- Chill for an hour.
