Just a few days until Christmas! While we prepare to fill our tummies with delicious turkey, it’s a great time to plan what to serve along with the bird.
Cranberry sauce is a must have and making cranberry sauce at home is super easy peasy. It also tastes way better than the canned stuff.
Just dump the cranberries, water and sugar into a pot along with a cinnamon stick and stick it on the stove. It’s always fun to watch the cranberries pop and blister until it becomes a beautiful sauce. The cinnamon adds the perfect bit of warmth and flavour. It takes less than 15 minutes and definitely worth the little effort it takes.
Do you make your own cranberry sauce or do you prefer it from a can?
