Nuts and Bolts

December 31, 2019 By Fareen 1 Comment

This tasty snack is not only great for your next party, it makes the best hostess or Christmas gift.

Nuts and Bolts

Wow, December seems to have flown by! I created so many things to share but never managed to actually sit down and share them with you.

One of my favourites that I made this month was Nuts and Bolts. It’s one of those things that you can make a lot of at one time. It was what I made for friends and neighbours this year and it was well received.

This is a great snack for your next holiday party or Superbowl party. You can add in all of your favourite things, like cereals and jalapeno Cheetos. You can add in some nuts or leave them out. It’s one of those things that’s really a free for all. One thing I loved using was the Multigram Cheerios. The cereal is made of four different types of grains so it’s like you’re adding four different cereals. Each one definitely tasted different. You can substitute the cheese nips for something else that’s cheesy – Goldfish would definitely add character.

Nuts and Bolts

This snack is garlicky, salty, spicy – a little bit of everything. I’m cooking up a batch for New Year’s. What will you be adding to yours?
