Dill pickle spring rolls with Boursin are a fun appetizer for any pickle lover. Yes please!
With the Superbowl coming up and parties abound, I wanted to come up with a fun appetizer. It seems that pickles are still all the rage so I definitely wanted to include them.
These delicate spring rolls are filled with a shmear of Boursin and a baby pickle, sprayed with olive oil and then air fried for just a few minutes. Of course a dip is a must and Sriracha Mayo is perfect for dunking.
You really could use any cheese here. I like Boursin because its creamy and full of flavour. You could also use any kind of pickle, whether its a baby one like I’ve used or a spear of a larger one.
I love these simple recipes with minimal ingredients that don’t take much time. It doesn’t make it seem like such an effort to make something at home and I’m definitely more likely to do it than to order something. These dill pickle spring rolls will definitely be a hit at any party.
